Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: 23 September 2026
You can ask DentaSK to delete an enquiry or an account, or ask a clinic to act on its patient records. Disconnecting a provider stops future access but does not by itself remove information already imported. We verify ownership before deletion and explain any legal or healthcare record that must be retained.
Delete a demo enquiry
If you only used the public demo form, email support@dentask.in from an address where we can respond. Provide the clinic name and phone number submitted so we can find the correct request. Do not send patient records or account passwords.
Disconnect Google, Meta, Instagram or WhatsApp
- Sign in to the DentaSK clinic or organization console.
- Open Settings → Integrations.
- Select the provider and the organization, franchise or branch that owns the connection.
- Remove the selected asset binding, then choose Disconnect where that control is available to your role. If it is not shown, ask your workspace administrator or contact support.
- For immediate provider-side revocation, also remove DentaSK from the connected apps section of your Google or Meta account.
To request removal of already-imported conversations, reviews or campaign records, send the separate deletion request below. Revoking DentaSK does not erase information held by Google, Meta or WhatsApp; use each provider's own tools for their copies.
Request account-data deletion
Email support@dentask.in from the email associated with your DentaSK account. Include:
- Your DentaSK account email.
- The organization and branch names involved.
- Whether you want an individual account, one integration and its imported data, one workspace or the complete organization deleted.
We may ask you to verify ownership or administrator authority before processing the request. We will identify any data that must be retained by law or by the clinic record owner and provide status through the verified contact. Removing one person's login does not necessarily delete the clinic's underlying records.
Patient information
Patients should contact their clinic directly. The clinic controls its clinical records and determines whether information may be corrected, anonymized or deleted under applicable healthcare and record-retention requirements. DentaSK cannot remove another clinic's patient file solely on an unverified email request.
What might remain
Some financial, clinical, security and audit records may need to remain for legal obligations or to resolve disputes. Backup copies can persist until their normal expiry. We will explain any material exception in our response; we do not promise that disconnecting an account instantly erases every copy.
