What data does DentaSK collect?
Last updated: 23 September 2026
The public website's demo form asks only for a clinic name and contact phone number. The clinic software can hold substantially more information because authorized healthcare teams use it to run appointments, patient records, communications and reporting. Connections and optional AI features add data only when they are enabled and authorized.
On this website
| Information | When collected | Purpose | Choice |
|---|---|---|---|
| Clinic name and WhatsApp/contact phone | You submit “Book my demo” | Record and respond to your requested demonstration | Do not submit the form if you do not want a callback |
| Message and return address | You email support | Answer and track your enquiry | Choose what you include; do not email medical records unless arranged securely |
| Technical request and abuse-prevention data | Your browser accesses the site or its API | Deliver the page, troubleshoot errors and limit abuse | Some technical processing is necessary to deliver the site |
The demo form sends the details to the DentaSK API, not to an advertising pixel. The site bundles its font locally. This website does not ask for a patient name, medical history, payment card or Google/Meta password.
Inside a clinic workspace
| Who or what | Information that may be present | Why it is needed |
|---|---|---|
| Owners and staff | Identity, contact, role, branch, sign-in and activity records | Account access, invitations, audit and permission boundaries |
| Patients | Identity, contact, appointment, billing and clinical information entered by the clinic | Care administration and clinic recordkeeping |
| Reception and communications | Enquiries, call and message context, follow-up outcomes and booking status | Respond, route and confirm appointments |
| Business operations | Invoices, expenses, workforce, inventory and performance figures | Run and report on the clinic |
The clinic decides what data to enter, who on its team may see it and which optional workflows to turn on. Sensitive medical information should be entered only by authorized staff for a legitimate clinical purpose.
When a provider is connected
With customer authorization, DentaSK may receive selected Google Business Profile and Ads assets, Facebook Page and Instagram professional-account data, Meta Ads information and WhatsApp Business messages or status. The exact data depends on the permissions, business assets and API access granted. We also store a connection record and the credentials needed to keep it working. DentaSK does not obtain a provider password through its OAuth flow.
Optional AI, calling, payments and email functions can send the specific request data needed to the configured service. For example, a voice workflow may involve a phone number, prompt, call event, transcript or recording. Clinics must supply appropriate notices and consent before using these functions. See Privacy Policy for uses and sharing.
What is required and what is optional?
A business representative can browse this site without opening a DentaSK account. The demo phone number is required only to request a callback. Account identity and credentials are needed to sign in. Clinic records are entered as needed for selected workflows. Provider connections, advertising, AI and voice services are optional and require their own setup; a “connected” badge does not imply the provider has approved every API feature.
How can I change or remove it?
For a demo enquiry or your own DentaSK account, email support@dentask.in. For a patient record, contact the clinic that holds it. To stop a provider connection, use the relevant integration settings and revoke provider access if desired. Read Data Deletion for the full distinction between disconnecting, deleting imported data and deleting an account.
